As a certified doula and educator and a mom of three including twins (oh my!) I understand the journey to parenthood can feel overwhelming. I founded On Demand Doulas after my own experiences with IVF and birth trauma, recognizing the essential need for educational and compassionate support for parents. I turned my pain into purpose, dove into my coursework, became certified, and gained a wealth of knowledge from hands-on experience working in hospitals and birthing centers across NY and CT.
Before becoming a doula, I worked in hotel management in Manhattan where I connected with people from all walks of life, resolved challenges, and built strong relationships on a daily basis. That background taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, and anticipating needs, skills I now bring to every family I support.
I am here for first-time parents, twin families, IVF warriors, fatigued moms, and supportive partners. With both virtual and in-person services available, I aim to help families feel calm, confident, and cared for. You do not have to face this journey alone — it truly takes a village. If I am unavailable during the time period you need support, I will connect you with trusted, vetted doulas in your area. I can also help you build your complete birth and postpartum team, including specialists, so you feel supported every step of the way.
