As a certified doula and educator and a mom of three — including twins (oh my!), I understand the journey of parenthood. I founded On Demand Doulas after my own experiences with birth trauma and IVF, recognizing the essential need for educational and compassionate support for parents. I turned my pain into purpose. I dove into my course work, became certified and gained a wealth of knowledge from hands on experience working out of various hospitals and birthing centers around NY and CT.
I’m here for first-time parents, twin families, IVF warriors, fatigued moms, and supportive partners. Whether you're gearing up for childbirth, navigating postpartum recovery, or adapting to life with a newborn, I provide nonjudgmental care that meets you where you are.
With both virtual and in-person services available, I aim to help families feel more calm, confident, and cared for. You don’t have to face this journey alone; I'm here to offer the help you need.
